By what you do
Media & marketing services
Paid-media and performance shops running client ad accounts, analytics and measurement firms, CRM/CDP implementation and email-marketing agencies, affiliate and influencer networks.
Agencies with brands behind them
Full-service creative and media agencies holding the brand relationship, re-papering both toward brands and toward the vendors and platforms on the other side.
Managed-service providers
IT MSPs administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, managed analytics and BI firms with standing access to client data, outsourced SDR and email-ops shops sending from client domains, fractional RevOps and finance providers inside client tooling.
Sales-led data & API vendors
Data-licensing and enrichment firms closing via order form plus emailed terms, audience and panel-data providers, API vendors whose mid-market deals are sales-assisted — where the data terms and sub-processor notices travel by email rather than inside a product.
Healthcare MSPs & medical billing
Healthcare-focused IT MSPs administering clinics’ and practices’ systems, medical billing and revenue-cycle (RCM) companies, and the other business associates on the same thread: standard terms sent by email to a named contact.
